Meet Our Staff

Vicy Carroll, RN, Nurse Manager

Vicy has been with the Azalea Center since 2001 performing facials and Microdermabrasion, as well as assisting Dr. Moore in surgery and managing the clinical aspect of the practice. Prior to joining ACPS she was employed with South Georgia Medical Center in Nursing Resources as a Clinical Manager. Vicy obtained her nursing degree from Valdosta State University.

Mary Ann Griffith, RN

Mary Ann is a part-time nurse with Azalea Center assisting Dr. Moore during office hours and with our cosmetic procedures. She has been with our practice since 2008.

Christy Howell, Licensed Aesthetician

Christy is our licensed aesthetician. She is nationally certified in medical aesthetics and a Society of Plastic Surgical Skin Care Specialists member. She has been with Azalea Center since November 2008 and brings over 20 years of beauty and skin care experience.

Deidra Smith, Front Office

Deidra has been employed with Azalea Center since 2000 and currently handles patient checkout, precertifications and coding. Previously employed with South Georgia Medical Center in insurance pre-certification, verification and benefits, as well as cashier for four years.

Brice Tunison, Insurance Coordinator

Brice has been employed with Azalea Center since 2007. She is responsible for coordinating and scheduling all insurance procedures.

Kim Killgore, Front Office

Kim has been employed with Azalea Center since 2003 and handles patient check-in and scheduling.

Beth Dasher, Office Manager

Beth is the Azalea Center Office Manager and oversees office administration and quality control to assure that we offer quality service and care to our patients. She has been with our office since March 2008. She brings with her over 14 years of supervisory and office management experience.

Azalea Center for Plastic Surgery, P.C. and Azalea Surgery Center, LLC work with anesthesiologists from Valdosta Anesthesia Associates.
