Vicy Carroll, RN, Nurse Manager
Vicy has been with the Azalea Center since 2001 performing
facials and Microdermabrasion, as well as assisting Dr. Moore in
surgery and managing the clinical aspect of the practice. Prior
to joining ACPS she was employed with South Georgia Medical Center
in Nursing Resources as a Clinical Manager. Vicy obtained her nursing
degree from Valdosta State University.
Kim Montague, RN
Kim is a part time nurse with Azalea Center assisting Dr. Moore
with pre-op and post-op surgery patients. She received her nursing
degree from ABAC in Tifton and has been employed with South Georgia
Medical Center for the past twelve years.
Deidra Smith, Front Office
Deidra has been employed with Azalea Center since 2000 and currently handles patient checkout, precertifications and coding. Previously
employed with South Georgia Medical Center in insurance pre-certification,
verification and benefits, as well as cashier for four years.
Kim Killgore, Front Office
Kim has been employed with Azalea Center since 2003 and handles patient check-in and scheduling.
Brenda Pridgen, Front Office Supervisor
She has been employed with Azalea Center since April 2008 supervising our front office staff. She brings with her 13 years of medical office experience.
Beth Dasher, Office Manager.
Beth is the Azalea Center Office Manager and oversees office administration and quality control to assure that we offer quality service and care to our patients. She has been with our office since March 2008. She brings with her over 14 years of supervisory and office management experience.
Azalea Center for Plastic Surgery, P.C. and Azalea Surgery Center,
LLC work with anesthesiologists from Valdosta Anesthesia Associates.
