Dr. Moore performs many types of reconstructive surgery including conditions resulting from:
• Breast cancer/post-mastectomy
• Skin cancer
• Burns
• Accidents/Trauma

Typically, the primary physician treating the condition or trauma will refer patients to Azalea Center for a consultation with Dr. Moore; however, if you or a loved one are interested in learning more and do not have a referring physician please call our office for more information.

The Azalea Center for Plastic Surgery opened Azalea Surgery Center, LLC. in the summer of 2003. The Surgery Center is a state-of-the-art surgical suite in a comfortable, personalized setting within the same building as Azalea Center for Plastic Surgery, P.C.

The surgical suite is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, Inc. and is certified by both the State of Georgia and the Federal Medicare program.
