We find that communication with our patients regarding our financial policy assists us in providing the best service to you. Therefore, we take this opportunity to answer some of the most commonly asked questions.

Cosmetic Surgery
Payment for cosmetic surgery is to be paid in full before the surgery is performed. The fee paid for cosmetic surgery is a comprehensive fee that covers the anesthesia, surgical facility and doctor’s charges. If, after your consultation for plastic surgery, you have the surgery performed within 90 days, the fee for the consultation will be deducted from the total surgical fee. If the surgery is performed after 90 days, the consultation fee will not be deducted from the total surgical fee.

The Azalea Center for Plastic Surgery opened Azalea Surgery Center, LLC. in the summer of 2003. The Surgery Center is a state-of-the-art surgical suite in a comfortable, personalized setting within the same building as Azalea Center for Plastic Surgery, P.C.

The surgical suite is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, Inc. and is certified by both the State of Georgia and the Federal Medicare program.
