Procedure

anesthesia with sedation or general anesthesia.

• Individuals with reduced facial/neck skin elasticity and
facial support system.
• Individuals with deep creases between the base of the nose
and the corners of the mouth.
• People with less youthful chin and neck contours.
Intended Result

Recuperation
• Patients return home with a surgical dressing around their
head and neck; dressing is normally removed in one – two days.
A garment is then worn for two weeks.
• Significant decrease in swelling/bruising in ten –
fourteen days; generally diminished completely in about four weeks.
• Patients typically experience temporary numbness and tenderness
of skin and tight/dry skin.
• Work is generally resumed in about two weeks; activities
as tolerated after two weeks.
